A classic four-pole analog switch controlled by a four-stage counter. Clocking the module will connect the OI output/input jack to the first, second, third and finally fourth input/outputs. A trigger into the Reset input will restart the counter, and with the toggle switch on the panel the maximal number of steps can be reduced.

Applications are similar to and obviously much more extensive than those of 2hp-Select: chaining CV or trigger sequences, dynamically (re)routing inputs and outputs, splicing together envelopes, LFOs, or audio waveforms...

A Schmitt trigger on the Step input allows any (positive-going) signal to reliably clock the switch.
